Step 8 - Final Review of Proposals

This is a relatively simple step if you've followed good process to get to this point, because essentially you've worked out what services you wanted quoting on, you got proposals from MSPs, refined them where requirements were not met, and have produced a spreadsheet to show those comparisons side by side.

Now it's simply a matter of looking at price, and judging what you will get for that price from each MSP. As you've worked through the process there would be numerous dealings with each MSP at a number of levels such as sales, technical and management. It's crucial to take into account whether you feel you could have a good working relationship with the people you have interacted with thus far!
